The Client who purchased the Ticket and made all necessary payments may apply to the administration of the festival for the return of the ticket purchased by him and receive the money paid for it if:
- abolition of the Show;
- changes in essential conditions of the Show (time, date or venue);
- to replace the previously purchased Ticket by another type Ticket for the same Show.
In case of one of these reasons, the Client addresses to the administration of the festival in any convenient way.
